Day 1:
Picked up by a Spurfowl Safaris representative and depart in the morning around 08:00 from your resort. Climb on a boat equipped with a wooden roof for sunbathing, masks and fins, life jacket and glass bottom. Arrive at the Watamu Marine Park, where you can snorkel in the reef. After leaving the marine park you head towards Mida Creek, a natural reserve with mangrove trees and Tibetan bridges. Storks, herons and flamingos are often encountered. Lunch will be served on the island of Waka Waka, in the center of Mida Creek, based on lobster, grilled fish, prawns, coconut rice with octopus sauce, fruit and drinks with optional meat or Vegetarian lunch upon request. After lunch and relaxation, the Giriama tribe will make a show of typical local dances.
Return to your resort later in the afternoon.
